My name is J. David Chadwick; I am a constituent from Farr West and am currently serving in the US Army in Germany. I am writing you today because I am concerned about rising prices in oil and gasoline.

I always thought that going on unnecessarily dangerous outings was, well, kind of stupid. There is always a big chance that you won’t make it out alive.
This is being called the “worst cave related accident in the US in 11 years.”
